The laundry room with utility sink has plenty of hanging and storage space and includes fuel-and water-efficient LG washer and dryer. An 1800 gallon cistern and quiet pump connected to a whole-house filtration system supply water to the house. A large, landscaped flagstone patio faces views of a quiet, wooded neighborhood and views of Broke Off Mountain, which glows like a pyramid at sunset. A 220 plug outside for an RV and a small yard and dog-door off the garage create a safe, comfortable space for the family dog.
